02. Account Register

• Only one account may be registered per email address or phone number.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility.
• Allowing others to use your account or selling your account is prohibited.

After registration, 1444com may request KYC identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. The KYC process may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.

03. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on 1444com. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. 1444com may request identity documents for age verification at any time. If a member is found to have registered while under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

04. Deposit Rules

Deposits on 1444com can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Please make sure to enter the correct amount and reference number when depositing. Incorrect details may result in a failed deposit and delays in recovering your funds.

• The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT.
• A maximum daily deposit limit applies — please check your account panel for details.

05. Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal on 1444com. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. In some cases, additional verification may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits apply.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 1444com is not liable for withdrawal delays caused by technical issues.

06. Bonus & Promotion Terms

1444com offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, deposit bonus, referral bonus, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once — attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in account closure.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Referral bonuses will only be credited once the referred person has successfully made a deposit.

If bonus abuse is suspected, 1444com reserves the right to investigate. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the investigation. If abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1444com. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts or operating more than one account from the same device.
• Using another member's account or sharing account credentials with others.
• Using bots, automation software, or any program to play games.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the game system or attempting to hack the system.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or other illegal means.
• Defrauding or threatening other members.
• Submitting false or forged KYC documents.

08. Responsible Gaming

1444com believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. That's why we take responsible gaming seriously. Members can set their own gaming limits on our platform and take a break whenever they need to.

• Members can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to temporarily suspend your account for a set period.

09. Account Closure & Suspension

1444com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• By order of a court or government authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

10. Legal Matters & Liability Limitations

1444com is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform. Gaming carries inherent risk — there is no guarantee of winning. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

• If a game is interrupted due to technical issues, 1444com may offer reasonable compensation.
• 1444com is not responsible for game losses caused by internet disconnection.
• 1444com is not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• 1444com is exempt from liability under force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, war, or government directives.

Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

11. Terms Modification Policy

1444com reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance. For minor changes, only the last-updated date on the page will be revised.

Continuing to use the platform after receiving notice will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance.
